BASELINE is a rating and matchmaking service for padel players at Padel Haven, Jakarta. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, where it is stored, and how you can control it. It applies to the BASELINE web application and these marketing pages.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the ladder and organise games:

• Account details — your name and email address (used to sign you in and identify you on the ladder).
• Phone number — used for match and booking notifications (for example, when a spot is confirmed).
• Match results and ratings — the games you play, their scores, and the rating those validated results produce.
• Payment proof — when you book a game, an image of your bank-transfer receipt so an organiser can verify payment.

Why we collect it

• To run the competitive ladder and calculate ratings from validated match results.
• To match players into balanced games.
• To send you notifications about your games and requests.
• To verify payments for game bookings.

How you sign in

BASELINE offers Google sign-in to create and access your account. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google for that purpose. We use your phone number / WhatsApp only to send you game and booking notifications — not for marketing.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, and payment-proof images are kept in secure storage. We do not sell your personal data, and we share it only as needed to operate the service (for example, with Padel Haven organisers who review games and payments).

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and the ladder is running. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time, and we will action the request. Note that, to keep the ladder's history consistent, completed match results may be retained in anonymised form after an account is removed.
